20.1 CrossFit Open includes the following workout:
10 rounds for time of:
8 ground-to-overheads, 95 lb.
10 bar-facing burpees
Time cap: 15 minutes
Movement Tips
Ground-to-overheads. Snatches were much easier for me and they felt like a single move, while clean and jerk felt more like 2 moves. Broke them down by 4 after round 3
Bar-facing burpee. Step up after burpee seems to be helping.

Notes
Felt like I’m dying in the middle of the workout, couldn’t breath and had to slow down. Mostly burpees were giving troubles. Snatches were moving okish.
