95-lb. thrusters
Chest-to-bar pull-ups
Time cap: 20 minutes
Movement Tips
Thrusters. Break them up according to the skill. Legs can rest while you are on the pull-up bar.
Chest-to-bar. They aren’t fun but breaking them up early helps.

Notes
Thrusters were not my friends for this workout. They were not fun and I wasn’t looking to do them after the pull-ups. Should probably break them down on a smaller set with less rest in between.
Went with single pull-ups all the way and it was pretty comfortable but slow. May try doubles next time.
