10 Snatches, 95/65 lbs 12 Bar Facing Burpees

3 rounds of:

10 Bar Muscle-ups 12 Bar Facing Burpees

Timecap is 12 mins.

Movement Tips

Snatches. Go full-on, the weigh is light

Burpees. First part go as fast as you can and on a second take it easier since the breath has to be saved for muscle ups

Bar Muscle-ups. Should probably have gone with smaller sets. Got to 26 muscle ups total
