Do 2 rounds of the following in 14 minutes:

  1. 100 double unders
  2. 20 squads with 115lb
  3. 100 double unders
  4. 12 rind muscle ups
  5. 100 double unders
  6. 20 dumbbell snatches, 50lb
  7. 100 double unders
  8. 12 bar muscle ups

Movement Tips

Practicing double unders is super important in this workout.

You need to practice ring muscle ups, there are no shortcuts:)
