10 dumbbell clean & jerks (50/35, must be done 5 on one side and 5 on the other)

Movement Tips
Toes to bar
- Break them up to your ability. I’ve started with 4 and 4 for several rounds and noticed that it is not as hard as I thought they would be, so I kept them unbroken for next several rounds.
- Don’t grip too hard. To save your hands for longer
- Wear gloves.
Dumbbell clean & jerk
- Use a little swing similar to kettlebell swing to get dumbbell on your shoulder.
- Try to use as much legs as you can. Push jerks are most power efficient.
Row
- Stick to your pace, based on your rowing skills. At 1300 cal/hour it would take 40 sec to get 14 calories.
- Don’t grip too hard 🙂
