Movement Tips
Snatches. Go full-on, the weigh is light
Burpees. First part go as fast as you can and on a second take it easier since the breath has to be saved for muscle ups
Bar Muscle-ups. Should probably have gone with smaller sets. Got to 26 muscle ups total
