Do as many reps as possible of the following in 15 minutes:
- 19 wall-ball shots
- 19 calorie row
Movement Tips
Wallballs. Breaking down the wallballs according to your skill is the key. What worked for me is 10 and 9.
Row. Keeping the pace during rowing what this workout is about. My first rounds I was holding 1300 and up and dropped down 1100+ later on.
