- 20 squads with 115lb
- 100 double unders
- 12 rind muscle ups
- 100 double unders
- 20 dumbbell snatches, 50lb
- 100 double unders
- 12 bar muscle ups
Movement Tips
Practicing double unders is super important in this workout.
You need to practice ring muscle ups, there are no shortcuts:)
